Amazing! Loved working with them from the minute we walked in the door. Their sales staff was extremely friendly, and very helpful. They worked us in and got us a quote in a day, then worked us in for install very quickly. It always seemed that they were waiting on us instead of us waiting on them, which is awesome. We were on a budget, and they had great pricing. So I was a little worried that we were giving up quality to fit with in our budget, but we got our cake and got to eat it too. It's very plush and soft and it came at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend!

This company will forever have my flooring business. Last night my wife were redecorating our daughters room and needed just a little bit of carpet padding. It was late in the day so we just went to Carpet Mart cause it was close. We were completely caught off guard by the hospitality and sincere kindness expressed by Marla and Colton. I don't think I've ever had such good care from any business before. I was expecting to be blown off because it was 20 minutes before they closed and we only needed a few small scrap size remnants but they were incredibly inviting and answered all our questions. It was almost hard to leave. I would recommend for anyone to come here, even if just to know what customer service could be. Thank you Marla and Colton!

We were referred to them by my parents who had used them when they put there carpet 10+ years ago. They have had no issues with their carpet and only recently put something else in because my mom wanted a change in color. As far as our experience goes they were very friendly and upfront about pricing. They do carry a limited variety of carpet, but we found what we wanted and they put it in for the price they asked. The installers were professional and quick. They didn't scratch up our baseboards or anything which I was very glad to see. Would recommend, prices are very reasonably and I am very happy. Thanks!

Over 5 years ago I did a lot of carpet shopping.....exhausting haha. Carpet mart was the last place I needed to look! They make it so easy. They aren't pushy. They show you the rental friendly carpet (affordable for landlords) as well as the higher scale carpet if you choose. My favorite part for sure is they bundle the price of carpet, padding, and labor all together so it's not a guessing game. Not only that they come out and measure just to make sure you aren't over ordering! They do that for free!. I highly recommend Carpet Mart. If I could give this 10 stars I would! We bought our first house and needed to replace the old and trashed carpet. We ran around trying to find the best deal for our tiiiinnnyy budget. Ron worked with us personally and educated us on what carpet would be best and last for the time we needed it to. Long story short, when the old carpet and pad were removed, so were the tack strips (job not done by carpet mart). When it came time for the carpet to be installed, there were complications with the installer. Ron personally took the job upon himself to see that it got done. He spent his late nights working his butt off so we could have beautiful new carpet. Laying down new tack strips was no easy job because of the poor subfloor but Ron made sure it was all to our satisfaction. If that doesn’t scream good business and excellent business owner to you, then you don’t even deserve to go to Carper Mart. They made us feel extremely important and we are grateful for their hard work. Their price included carpet, pad, and install. We didn’t have to crunch a million different numbers just to see what everything would cost us. I love how upfront it was. Thank you Carpet Mart and thank you Ron for working so hard for us!

We just got carpet installed from Carpet Mart and could not be happier. I'm normally a person that runs all over town checking out prices and taking forever to decided on something. I went to Carpet Mart first and didn't need to go anywhere else because I found exactly what I wanted for a great price. They were so friendly and not pushy at all. They have a great kids area that was a big help as my son doesn't do well in stores. They even gave him a balloon. The carpet installer was very friendly and did a great job. He was faster that I thought possible! He even answered my son's million questions. I've never felt carpet this soft! I highly suggest this place!

Fantastic experience all around! Brandon was great to work with when discussing choice of carpet and budget; he was able to work out a great deal for me that was better than other locations, including big-box stores. The owner was awesome to communicate with when he did the estimate. The crew, Damien and Derek, did an amazing job with the installation of the carpet itself. So much so, that I don't even need to install any transition strips for the hardwood flooring. The carpet itself feels fantastic and is miles ahead in quality over what was originally installed. All in all, I am extremely pleased with with the experience and will recommend Carpet Mart to anyone who needs their carpet done.
