This company will forever have my flooring business. Last night my wife were redecorating our daughters room and needed just a little bit of carpet padding. It was late in the day so we just went to Carpet Mart cause it was close. We were completely caught off guard by the hospitality and sincere kindness expressed by Marla and Colton. I don't think I've ever had such good care from any business before. I was expecting to be blown off because it was 20 minutes before they closed and we only needed a few small scrap size remnants but they were incredibly inviting and answered all our questions. We were referred to them by my parents who had used them when they put there carpet 10+ years ago. They have had no issues with their carpet and only recently put something else in because my mom wanted a change in color. As far as our experience goes they were very friendly and upfront about pricing. They do carry a limited variety of carpet, but we found what we wanted and they put it in for the price they asked. The installers were professional and quick. They didn't scratch up our baseboards or anything which I was very glad to see. Would recommend, prices are very reasonably and I am very happy. Thanks!
